ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE REQUESTS

At Nexus, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally require learners to request leave during the academic year. However, regular attendance is crucial for academic success, as supported by research.

To maintain this standard, we have guidelines for approving leave, which is granted only for limited periods and specific reasons outlined below. Please note that all absences, whether approved or not, will be recorded accordingly. If leave is taken despite being declined, it will be marked as “absent – not approved.”

Our Leave Application Form for Learners ensures that these requests are handled in a structured and transparent manner, aligning with school policies and regulatory requirements.
